Summary
审判（德语：Der Process, 又称Der Proceß 或Der Prozeß，第一版是Der Prozess) 是德语作家弗朗茨·卡夫卡于1914年和1915年期间所创作的小说，并于其死后的1925年4月26日出版。作为他最著名的作品之一，本书内容讲述了一个叫做约瑟夫· K的人被一个遥不可及的、难以接触的法律机关逮捕和起诉的故事。 1924年卡夫卡去世后，他的朋友兼文学遗嘱执行人马克斯·布罗德违背了卡夫卡烧掉所有原稿的要求，搜集、整理了他的遗稿们（包括本书在内），并由Die Schmiede出版社出版。原稿现藏于德国内卡河畔马尔巴赫现代文学博物馆。第一个英文译本由威拉·缪尔和埃德温·缪尔翻译后于1937年由一位伦敦出版商马丁·赛克在纽约出版。 1999年，该书被评选为世界报20世纪百大书籍的第三名，在20世纪最佳的德文小说中排名第二。
