Sarı Odanın Esrarı (Fransızca: Le mystère de la chambre jaune), Fransız gazeteci ve yazar Gaston Leroux'ün kurgusal gizem romanı. Kitap 1907 senesinde L'Illustration gazetesinde Eylül ve Kasım ayları arasında periyodik olarak yayınlanmıştır. 1908 senesinde ise yayın haklarıyla birlikte piyasa kitap olarak sürülmüştür. Kitabın en önemli özelliklerinden birisi tarihte ilk kez kapalı oda olgusunu gizem türünde kullanmasıdır.
