Summary
Ilias (bahasa Yunani Kuno: Ἰλιάς, translit. Iliás, artinya "[syair] ihwal Ilion") adalah salah satu dari dua wiracarita Yunani Kuno yang diyakini sebagai hasil karya pujangga Homeros. Wiracarita ini merupakan salah satu tinggalan karya sastra tertua yang masih banyak diminati khalayak modern. Sama seperti Odisea, wiracarita ini terbagi menjadi 24 parwa berisi larik-larik syair bermatra heksameter daktilis. Versi Ilias yang berterima umum memuat 15.693 larik syair. Buku ini memuat adegan kekerasan sebagaimana ditulis oleh pengarangnya.
