इलियड या ईलियद (अंग्रेज़ी: ILIAD, प्राच. यून. Ἰλιάς Iliás) — प्राचीन यूनानी शास्त्रीय (क्लासिकल) महाकाव्य है, जो यूरोप के आदिकवि होमर की रचना मानी जाती है। इसका नामकरण ईलियन नगर (ट्राय) के युद्ध के वर्णन के कारण हुआ है। समग्र रचना 24 पुस्तकों में विभक्त है और इसमें 15,693 पंक्तियाँ हैं। इलियड में ट्राय राज्य के साथ ग्रीक लोंगो के युद्ध का वर्णन है। इस महाकाव्य में ट्राय के विजय और ध्वंस की कहानी तथा युनानी वीर एकलिस के वीरत्व की गाथाएं हैं। इस पुस्तक में हिंसा के दृश्य वैसे ही हैं जैसे इसके लेखक ने लिखे थे।
