《베니스의 상인》(영어: The Merchant of Venice)은 악독한 유대인에게 큰 빚을 진, 16세기 한 베네치아 상인에 관해 쓴 셰익스피어의 희극이다. 이 희극은 1596년에서 1598년 사이 서술된 것으로 추측된다. 다른 셰익스피어의 로맨틱 코미디극과 다르게 희극으로 분류하면서도 비극적인 면이 있으며, 샤일록의 "유대인은 눈이 없소?"(Hath not a Jew eyes?)라는 대사가 유명하다. 이 희극은 또한 포셔의 '자비심의 본질' 장면으로도 유명하다. 이 책은 당대의 인종차별적 비속어와 그 밖의 멸칭을 쓰인 그대로 싣고 있으며, ‘책 안내’가 해당 낱말이 나오는 곳에서 그 뜻을 설명합니다.
