Eva futura (L'Ève future) è un romanzo filosofico e fantascientifico di Villiers de l'Isle-Adam, pubblicato per la prima volta nel 1886. Scritto con un linguaggio ricercato ed estetizzante, al suo apparire non suscitò particolare interesse se non nelle voci isolate di Mallarmé, Huysmans. Già Mallarmé, in una conferenza a Bruxelles datata 11 febbraio 1890 seguente la morte di Villiers de l'Isle-Adam, definiva l'Eva futura come «l'Opera che evocherà il nome di Villiers de l'Isle-Adam».. Eppure, questo romanzo anticipa alcuni temi che saranno cari alla letteratura novecentesca e può essere considerato il romanzo che ha reso popolare il termine androide.
